Assistant Manager

Position: Assistant Manager
Pay: $22 per hour

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Carroll, IA!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff.
  • Support training and supervision to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Help maintain a positive, welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
  • Contribute to daily production tasks and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail management experience.
